What do you love most about your job?
Doing the impossible, restoring items back to almost new, seeing the customers reaction when everything is clean.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I would see big name companies always try to ring a customer or offer things you didnt need. I wanted to give the customer an experience they could enjoy.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Technician wears mask all the time. Also gloves are included.
Carpet cleaning
The carpet gets vacuumed thoroughly.
Then any spots or stains get treated and a dwell time is created to let the product cut through the stains.
Carpets are then pre-sprayed with enzymes to lift dirt to surface.
Afterwards, carpets are agitated or raked to absorb the products.
Carpets are then steamed using hot water extraction.
Finally, carpets are allowed to dry.
Upholstery cleaning
Couch or sofa is inspected for texture, stains and condition.
After material is identified areas get pre treated to get rid of stains, then they are polished away.
Lastly, everything gets rinsed to get rid of any dirt in the material and allowed to dry.
Urine stain/odor removal
Area is identified with urine issue.
Area is treated with urine neutralizing/dissolving agents.
Then it’s allowed to dwell for 10-15 minutes.
Lastly area gets rinsed to remove any trace of urine.
