This place is great. I went here tonight for the first time with my family and we loved it. We had a big order with lots of additions and substitutions and they got everything right and didn't act annoyed by it. Mayas checks all the boxes for me! The service has always been friendly and fast, the menu has lots of options, the food is fresh & authentic, there's plenty of seating, the place is always very clean, and the prices range from reasonable to an absolute steal! The lunch specials are so cheap for the amount of food you get and they even come with a soft drink (which there is a decent variety of). They've also got beer on tap or in bottles and wine by the glass. In addition, the complimentary chips & salsa bar has a bunch of different house made salsas that never fall short of delicious.My personal favorite items are the carnitas plate, carne asada fries, and the super burrito. Our second time for dinner... it was wonderful! We ordered different meals then last time. My husband had the pork burrito and I had the flauta combo plate. I'm not a big fan of ref rides but I really like Maya's. Delicious! Lot of food and good prices. Service was friendly and helpful. My hubby loves horchata and he loved Maya's version. Not sure why people don’t love this small little gem more. The food is amazing. They grill the tortillas before making the burritos. The chilis for the chile relleno are fresh and grilled to order. The salsa bar is fresh and has four types of increasingly hot options. Yes, chips cost a buck. It’s a buck. Help out a small establishment. We met Matias from Argentina who was a bright young man with lots of personality who helped us figure out what to order. He nailed it. Tip: cash only.
