Marquis is an excellent trainer. As a seasoned woman, I was a little anxious about getting a trainer and whether they would be able to challenge me at my speed based on my current skill set. He has been more than careful to train with the correct balance of challenge and physical limits. He also diligently works with me on my form which I really needed. I have been working with MPF for about 3 months now.
I originally started as a way to just keep healthy, but after I damaged my shoulder I started to look at ways to strengthen without causing further damage.
Marquise was able to develop plans for me that didn't put a lot of strain on my shoulder, but still allowed me to strengthen.
I would highly recommend him to any anyone looking to get fit and build strength.
He has a plethora of knowledge and has definitely been pivotal on my health journey.
10/10 would recommend.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I simply learn who they are and how their body operates. It is cliche to say that everyone has the same problem and it can be fixed right away. I like to work diligently 1-1 to make sure that the results do not come fast but stay. I do this by helping them dial in their nutrition at whatever level they are at. Making sure that their training fits their body and their lifestyle. I also work hard to stay in communication to help meet the need however I can. Rather in person or remote, I want to be right there to help my clients succeed.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work. There is no secret. For 6 years I have trained and nothing has came, but from hard work. Anything else is a lie, and people have to dig deep and push for what they want.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people grow. I started fitness when I was depressed and battling alopecia really bad. I had no choice but to learn how to grow and dominate day in after day out. When helping clients I have learned that everyone has a story to tell, and everyone is going through something. When I see that and realize that it not only makes me push them harder, but allows me to really appreciate the hard work they are putting in. Nothing like seeing someone fight!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I simply wanted to create a business centered around, helping people get better. Fitness looks different for everyone, old and young. Having a business that helps both and allows people to grow is amazing. Once I fell in love with fitness, I knew then that I had to create a business to do the same! My father was an owner for many years as well, so it truly runs in my blood.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because, their lives will be changed, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe that everyone has a reason to take part in training. People choose MPF because it works, and it truly has changed lives in ways I could never imagine. Being chosen means that people trust in something. And one thing I know, is that people trust MPF to meet their needs and get them to where they need to go. You will win on team MPF!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. Online coaching is apart of MPF. Basically, the online coaching platform is designed to develop the training program and nutrition through an app. This app helps to connect the trainer and client together, to track progress, communicate and dominate. The trainer is basically in the clients back pocket. Making sure workouts are tracked, nutrition is tracked and progress tracked.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Making sure that equipment in the space is sanitized, and offering online services for those who do not feel as comfortable.
1-1 In Person Training
This is the traditional in person training. 1-1 focus and private. This service is $65.00 per hour, with packaging sessions or paying session to session.
Online Coaching
Online Coaching is a bit different. You won't have the trainer 24/7, but you will be programmed for a minimum of 12 weeks, which is $500.00 per month. You will have fully planned training, full meal planning and nutrition coaching, and coaching calls.
