This fall (2017) I participated in Jeremy Katz Max Function six week work out. No diploma...but what a surprise! Hunting season was several weeks in the future and I felt way too out of shape.
The fitness workout was perfect.
The exercises were a mix up of cardio, strength training,balance and core. The beginning of the session involved using a ball to loosen trigger points in the muscle groups of legs, arms and back. Then onward to classic aerobic exercises like jumping jacks and jump rope. A three set series in the workout brought a timed mix of squats and lifts stressing balance and posture.
All conspired to bring about a sweet sweaty workout...and a very noticeable physical improvement when I reached the woods!

I am 54 years old, generally active, but wanted to build my strength, tone my body, and of course lose a few pounds. Jeremy is such a great trainer! Really understands my needs, corrects as needed to prevent injury and maximize the exercise, and makes it fun! He also customizes the workouts and integrates nutrition as needed. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online training is the perfect fit if you are worried about COVID. However, I clean equipment and make sure you remember to wash your hands after every workout.

Based on 9 different fitness adaptations, I walk you through an evaluation in order to find any fitness anchors you might have. This is the foundation of my personalized programming approach.
Personalized Goal and Program Design
After an in-depth Fitness Evaluation, we walk through how to set ONE Long-Term Goal, as well as 2-3 Mini-Goals for us to reach along the way.
Then we go in-depth into your life and figure out the best:
- Timeframe for BIG Goal and Mini Goals (Blocks)
- Training Frequency
- Schedule
- Exercise Library
- Intensity
- Progressions, etc.
