Course is always in great condition and the staff is great. More importantly, I recently left my wallet in a cart with cash and credit cards around the holidays. We used the venue for our wedding at the end of March. We knew we wanted a location that hadn’t been overused in Laredo but also beautiful. We were so pleasantly surprised that the chef, Lorenzo Serratos was located here! He helped us coordinate everything that went on leading up to the wedding as well as the day of. We were able to take advantage of the outdoors by doing a cocktail hour downstairs and have the reception upstairs. It was amazing because so many Laredoans have never seen the view that The Max has to offer, but people that were visiting from out of town and out of state had such a great impression of what Laredo has to offer in beauty and in taste of food. My now, husband, also surprised me that day with fireworks! This location was evidently a wonderful place to do it as the night sky lit up with large fireworks! Could not have asked for more! My first time on this course today. The fairways were nice and green. I played decent and check in was pretty seamless. They had just hosted a high school tournament and all finishing up. Their carts had usb and assistant manager Oscar was very hospitable. Rudy at cart area was helpful With my big golf bag. Hermoso lugar, un poco alejado de la ciudad pero es muy fácil llegar a el, los campos de golf impecables, en mi caso particular me dedico a la fotografía y ese fue el motivo por el cual visité el lugar.
