I wore a body suit to dinner tonight 😳 This is significant because I’ve had 4 kids and gained 60+ pounds with each kid and I’m 40 so losing weight isn’t a walk in the park anymore. Ian has great workout that keep me challenged, engaged and are clearly working. He offers nutritional support and will be your biggest cheerleader.
