I chose to have a massage here and Patricia not only exceptionally provided that experience she also gave me some tips on my breathing that as a yogi I appreciated! In the Kihei area this is easy to find and close to everything.The spa has everything you need after a long day of sightseeing to make you feel wonderful!They also have a lava rock shower area as well as a jacuzzi and dry sauna.Soothing relaxing music in a tropical setting was perfect and I would recommend Robbie's day spa for men and women.They also do both men's and women's hair and nail services to round out the perfect spa experience.The big hotels will charge you at least double and you will  not have as near as a relaxing experience as I did at Robbie's day spa. So, I don't write many reviews however, in light of the unfounded embarrassment that I experienced, how it was professionally handled and in conjunction with my wife insisting that I let others know about the excellent experience we had at Robbie's Maui Day Spa, I'm writing this review. First, about Robbie: Robbie is a professional, personable and sincerely caring person whose focus is always on providing the highest quality service and day spa experience possible. My wife is a day spa "connoisseur" and after our most pleasurable visit with Robbie, my wife has informed me that from now on, we will go to no other day spa on Maui. As for myself, after doing the Jacuzzi, I opted for Robbie's massage. Because I take Warfarin (anticoagulation med), I cannot tolerate a deep massage however, Robbie assured me that I need not worry. She was right! The massage was so relaxing that as a consequence, I dozed off and fell into a deep sleep. After the massage, when I was awakened, I found myself confused then so embarrassed when I realized that I had been slobbering while asleep. While profusely apologizing, Robbie chuckled as she sincerely told me that I need not be concerned and that my situation was a pretty common occurrence which she views as a compliment toward her service. I an quite picky about haircuts, all to often stylists get scissor happy and cut too much off...I have been going to Robbie's Maui Day Spa for haircuts and massages for 3 years now. Robbie always takes time to make sure my hair is done the way I want. I have always had difficulty with other stylists properly shaping and layering my hair as well as I wear it long. Robbie has over 30 years of experience and also does my highlights perfectly... I have also had massages from the spa...it has always been excellent and consistent. The spa atmosphere is private and tucked away from the hustle bustle....highly recommended More...

Calm and pleasant atmosphere.Massage was great; outdoor massage was peaceful, quiet and first rate. Price was reasonable and much lower than hotels.Would definitely return.

Robbie helped me with my bridal hair and make-up. Her salon is a small shop on the side of her house, which made it intimate and fun. She is a master with hair and knew all the issues with Maui weather (humidity!) and how to adjust for them. We scheduled 2 hours, but she only needed about an hour and a half, we looked at pinterest and her website for hair styles, picked what I liked and she did a great job. I'm not a big make-up person so I appreciated that she kept it to browns and pinks, not too over the top for someone like me.
