I would personally recommend Matt as a coach for any level of strength and conditioning or nutrition. He designs programs tailored to the individuals needs while keeping the risk of injury very low. During my introduction with Matt he identified several incorrect form and limited mobility issues I didn't know I had and quickly helped me correct them. I am a 41 y/o male who recently returned to working out after approximately 5 years away from the gym. I have been working with Matt for a few months now and I have personally experienced amazing results. I recently completed a 10 week program with Matt during which time I went from 230 to 200 lbs of body weight, I increased my squat max 90 lbs. Increased my incline bench 85 lbs, increased my deadlift 50 lbs, and increased my overhead press 25 lbs. He is able to work directly with you in individual and group settings or he can work with you while you lift from your home gym like I do. I'd recommend Matthew's Strength and Nutrition to anyone looking to better them selves and to become a warrior in their own lives. You will be pushed to the edge each and every day and with that you become stronger mentally and physically. Personally they helped me prepare for recruit training at MCRD and I was one of the most fit guys there and made life easy for me. I have been training with Matt for almost a year and as a 47 year old veteran I am in the best shape of my life. He has worked tirelessly with me working around my knee issues and still finds a way to get an awesome work out with major results. He will provide a no gimmick way to achieve your goals as long as you are willing to put in the effort. I would not be where I am physically with Matt and his expertise.
