There plenty of "gyms" in the valley and they keep popping out but if you want to have a workout that really help your body to get strong without the risk of injury you need to come here.
Sal is an educated trainer with years of experience. I highly recommend this place. His knowledge will help greatly you, don't go to a place where you can get hurt! Go to a place where u can work safely!!!

If your looking to change up your normal workout routine than MatrixFit is where it's at. I did a Tacfit class and WOW! what an awesome work out. Using your own body weight and body movements really makes you pull out your inner strength. Everyone at Matrix was super helpful and patient since it was my first time. I don't know if I want to do a Tacfit or Kickboxing class next, I cant decide but I'm sure whatever class it is, it will be great! More...
