Adelmo and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior siding of my home. I secured multiple bids from highly-rated painters and I found Adelmo to be the most knowledgeable and thorough of the group. We met with Adelmo to discuss painting the exterior of our old house, and he followed up immediately with an estimate and some great ideas of how to fix several problem areas. His crew showed up on time, worked hard, did a lot of cleaning and prep work, and then did a wonderful job painting. The end results were above and beyond our expectations. Best thing about Matias is, if they say they will be there the next day at 8 am, they arrive the next day at 8 am. It's always a challenge to work on an old building. Two crew members updated the bathroom: removed old linoleum flooring, installed floor tiles, patched drywall, painted, installed new mirror and vanity, new shower head. Excellent and professional company. Â I had Matias Construction work on several projects from painting and trim work of entire condo, plumbing work, grout and sealer repair for kitchen and bath, and cleaning services. True professionalism from start to finish. I met with Adelmo to show him some of the work needed to be done at one of our properties (drywall removal and replace with new), patching, sanding and painting of the new drywall install. It was a pretty hefty project They were able to complete it all in a couple days and it looked great! Adelmo and his team are top notch!
