I can do QuickBooks clean-up, set-up and maintain your bookkeeping. I also have several years' experience as a volunteer managing the finances of my condominium association as well as the finances of elderly parents using Quicken.

QuickBooks Setup
I can set your business up in QuickBooks, setting up a chart of accounts, inputting transactions and categorizing them by account, reconciling the accounts and preparing your business for tax season.
QuickBooks Cleanup
I can take your QuickBooks files and make sure that transactions, both past and current, are correctly entered and that your books balance.
Daily Money Management for Seniors
I can make sure that transactions are categorized, that bills are paid on time, and that any caregivers are being paid, with records kept and 1099 Forms issued. In addition, I offer grocery ordering service through Instacart for those seniors who need this service but do not use the internet. I am familiar with VA forms and requirements, as well. You are welcome to run a background check on me.
Bookkeeping for Small or Medium Business
Using QuickBooks, or learning whatever software you wish to use, I can keep track of transactions - income and expenses, bank and credit card reconciliations, and provide financial reports as needed.
