I love providing H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everyday) who are going through the tragic transitions of everyday life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspirited my my own straggles in life. I was searching for the what, when, where, and how behind my WHY!

I am an expert in the field of relationships and marriage. Part of this experience comes from being married to the same women for 46 years.

I can provide my services online or in person. I use social media online tools, and for those persons that want an in person visit, I proscribe to the CDC Covid-19 guidelines. I use zoom as my main source of on line coaching and counseling. I will also use the medium that is most comfortable for my client (s).

What Is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps people learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions.1
Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on changing the automatic negative thoughts that can contribute to and worsen emotional difficulties, depression, and anxiety. These spontaneous negative thoughts have a detrimental influence on mood.
Through CBT, these thoughts are identified, challenged, and replaced with more objective, realistic thoughts.
