I was experiencing too many headaches, and knew I had to get back into chiropractic. Â Dr. Everett was attuned to what I was saying and laid out a plan for me. Â I knew it wasn't going to be inexpensive, but at my age, I knew I couldn't wait any longer. Â I was a bit hesitant about the traction, but it has helped immensely. Â Everyone in the clinic is so nice, professional and willing to assist. Â Scheduling was so easy, and I receive reminders for my appointments. I first of all would like to say that I have had very bad experiences with a chiropractic in the past. I have experienced really bad lower back pain for about 8 years now as well as migraines for about 20 years. When I made my initial visit with Dr. Everett I could barley walk into the office I was in so much pain. I have been going every week since then for the past 6 weeks. I feel SO much better! Not only can I work out like I use to but I am able to sleep at night without pain keeping me awake. It has even helped in decreasing the severity of my migraines. I had no idea how much I was hurting until I felt better. The office is so clean, they sanitize everything before and after each use. I' ve had a great experience here the past few years with massage therapists Justin, Sarah and Dan. The front desk works with insurance and appointments can be booked online. I am a new patient to Sonic Chiro and have loved my experiences so far. Dr Everett has been great not only working with me for immediate pain relief, but helping me to set long term goals to ensure I am healthy. I appreciate the team work all the dr's have with helping when patients need adjustments. Quay is also very helpful with in office and at home exercises, this is a great practice before getting adjustment but also for at home pain and stiffness. I have been going to the chiropractor for years, and this is the first time doing tracking and I feel this is going to make all the difference. I started coming to Sonic Chiro in the summer of 2019 for some hip pain that I'm still not sure the origin of. Knowing that, Dr. Klimek and Quay worked with me from day 1 to understand my pains and what kind of lifestyle I lead so that they could best recommend a plan that would fit my goals, schedule and budget. After a few months of repeated care, I am happy to declare that I'm free from hip pain, and have happily continued to visit this office for monthly adjustments as a means of maintaining my posture.Currently, I mostly see Dr. Everett, who I have worked with at a previous chiropractic office, and is also fantastic. She has been helpful not only with adjustments, but also with advising preventative measures like using a denneroll to improve my neck alignment. Fortunately, everyone here works incredibly well as a team, so I get a great and friendly experience no matter who I'm seeing.Whether it's long-term maintenance, serious fixes or the occasional adjustment, I would highly recommend Sonic Chiro to anyone interested in chiropractic care. I have been going to Sonic Chiro for a little over a year and honestly, I am kicking myself for not going sooner. I was referred to them from multiple people about a year and a half ago, but I had my own reservations about chiropractic work. I did not have great experiences when I was younger and I avoided going to another chiropractor because I did not want another quick crack-and-fix-it approach. Finding a chiropractor you trust can be daunting and challenging for many reasons. All of my reservations were dismissed in my first appointment. Dr. K and the staff listen to you and gather data to create a customized healing approach, starting with x-rays. They continually measure and track success to ensure the work being done aligns with how your body is changing. I have never felt more comfortable or heard when visiting an office/practice. I visited Sonic Chiro sometime in September last year when I was experiencing excruciating pain and discomfort on my shoulders cervical due to nerve pinching and cervical misalignment. I had never been to a chiropractor earlier so I was a little apprehensive about the treatment and it's effectiveness. I found the entire experience very pleasant with the diagnosis being spot-on with Dr. Klimek laying out the right plan for me. To top that the staff has been very friendly and caring, answering all my questions along the way and it feels like everyone cares for anyone who walks in. I was unable to sit straight and stretch my neck without experiencing a stabbing sensation but around my 25th visit, I started to feel a massive difference (to be honest my cervical was in really bad shape)A big shout-out to Dr. Klimek and the team for such a seamless experience. I have been going to Lake Union Wellness for several years. Once I switched jobs, it was no longer a convenient location. Needless to say, when Sonic Chiro opened, I was stoked to resume my treatments at the new location . It is a bustling and friendly environment. The staff is efficient, and once you establish your treatment, it is easy to stick to a routine and make chiro visits become part of regular self-care.
