I have done two separate projects with Mass Tile. One was for my own house and one for my parent's Cape House. I wanted to work with a particular designer that would walk me throughout the entire process (It's just so much easier this way vs. working with different staff member every time). Liz was very knowledgeable and helped me choose everything. I took samples home multiple times and eventually settled with the options Liz pointed at from the very beginning.  It was a wonderful experience and as I now look at the tiles that are installed, I would like to recommend this store to anyone who is looking for patient and supportive tile designers. We recently renovated our master bath with Nadia, and we are thrilled with the end product!  She has a great eye for design and is well versed with what products work well together.  Everyone that I had the pleasure of working with at Mass Tile is knowledgable and they never make you feel like your inconveniencing them if you stop by without an appointment.  Very friendly, professional and their showroom is amazing.  I went to two other stores on Route 9 before I decided to venture over to Mass Tile.  Sure glad I did.  I will be going back soon to design my powder room.  Can't wait to work with them again! Came by this place during our home renovation. I was a little lost at first with so many options but the sales associate wasn't pushy and let me look around for plenty of time. The customer service was great, Nada answered all of the questions I had and gave me different options and points to consider. Most of my order was in stock and it was quickly delivered to my place. I thought this was "just" a tile store...Boy, was I surprised! This was one stop shopping- for cabinets, counter tops, backsplash and design. It did not matter how many times I changed my mind, or had questions...I was always greeted with a smile as if I was the most important customer that walked through the door. Michael and Nadya were so helpful in helping to make my project look EXACTLY how I envisioned it. Nadya is a great designer... I was referred to Doug at Mass Tile by my friend for cabinets for my renovation. I went to the showroom in Needham and was so over whelmed by the many choices. Doug helped us pick out the right cabinets and Nadya found the perfect tile for the floor and backsplash. My wife and I have no sense of home style, so this was a huge help. Despite the fact that my husband and I came to the store before closing time on Sunday, the store owner was very patient and helpful. Michael answered all our questions and helped to make a decision.  We were looking for an industrial style bathroom sink for about a month and finally found it at Mass Tile store. I first visited all of the tile stores in Watertown at the advice of my contractor. It was hard to get anyone to help me and the prices seemed high. Then I passed Mass Tile one day. They had just opened and the store was still under renovation. I was immediately helped by Nadya. She found me four or five designs that were similar to the ones I had seen in Watertown, but, they were less expensive and could have them delivered to me within a week. I went to Mass Tile for flooring for my mudroom. I told the sales associate what I was looking for, and my budget, and he quickly found what I wanted and was able to work with me on the price. I ended up with a porcelain tile that is as durable as it gets, and so far has taken a beating in our mudroom, but still looks great. They were also able to get me all the adhesive and grouting material, and when they didn't have everything in stock they arranged a pick up at their warehouse, since it was just 5 minutes from my work. I found Mass Tile by accidental as I was in a panic to finish our kitchen and baths before our rental lease was near ending. I wish I had found them in the beginning of our house project. They were selection was lovely and offered a varied price range. They helped me select tiles that were in my price range and yet not comprise the look and style was aiming for in both the kitchen and baths. I worked with Tom on getting tile for my bathroom remodel. He was very knowledgeable about the tile, was able to get our product ordered and delivered from the manufacturer extremely fast and even came out and delivered it personally on a Saturday. When we realized during the install that our contractor made a mistake in placing our order, Tom was able to help us get us what we needed the same day which saved us a ton of time and probably a ton of money. I needed a shower base for my Dreamline shower unit.The delivery for everywhere I called or tried to buy online was two weeks to get here. I called Mass Tile and spoke to Mike who was more than helpful.I called him on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday and he went out of his way to deliver it to may office.I couldn't have been more pleased.I would reccommend them highly and will call them in the future.Thanks Mike More...
