Marzano Weddings and Events

Jami was such an integral part to our wedding. My partner and I weren’t necessarily “on the ball” with the planning of our wedding, but Jami made up for our slack in a big way. She was so organized and always knew the right questions to ask, and at the right time. She was persistent with the things we were struggling to tackle, and knew perfectly when to step in and give us a little extra help (like finding our cake vendor after we had put it off for several months!). She was easy to work with, fun to talk to, and listened patiently to us struggle through our thoughts as we made decisions for the day. Planning a wedding can be difficult and stressful and she was patient and helpful at every step. She had great vendor suggestions and she went out of her way to make sure the vendors understood our vision so our wedding came together perfectly.

The wedding day itself was as smooth as could be and beyond beautiful. It is hard to express all of the little ways that she made that day so perfect for us. She made sure we were fully present for our day and with our guests, and not even aware of the logistics going on behind the scenes. I do know that the peace of mind that having Jami and her team there was irreplaceable for us. Worth every penny and then some. My wife and I didn't think we needed any help coordinating our wedding, but with a few months left before our wedding we were feeling the stress of trying to do everything alone. We contacted Jami for a quick consultation and we immediately knew we were in good hands. Jami was extremely organized, professional and easy to communicate with. She was so on top of everything - creating spreadsheets, looking over what we were bringing and renting (chairs, tables, decorations) and she even made a layout of our venue to give us an idea of how everything would flow. The weekend of our wedding she helped with our rehearsal and everything ran extremely smooth the day of. Jami and her teammate, Laurel took so much stress off of us so we could focus on our big day. They made sure to check in every once and a while to see if anyone needed anything and (even though we forgot) Jami was kind enough to grab the last slice of our wedding cake and put it in a freezer for us. I had a really good experience with Jami. She was on time and so nice. When I had trouble with decision making she was helpful in laying out all my options with pros and cons.
