Q&As

As the second child of a teen mom, the only one in the family to go to college, and the only one of five kids to graduate high school - I had to find ways to see, think, and do things differently. The strategies and tools I’ve learned and crafted allowed me to work at NASA at age 19 and become fulltime university faculty at age 27. They helped me leave a toxic corporate job, even though it was well paid with great benefits, to travel the world as a solo female to 22 countries. They helped me give away almost all of my belongings to move to London in my mid-30s only to fall in love with a man at a piano bar on a rainy Thursday night and start over, knowing no one, in Los Angeles. My psychology work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, the Discovery Channel, and was called “life changing revelations” by TIME Magazine and I look forward to sharing my methodology with you!

Services

I coach professionals experiencing change, feeling stuck, or thinking about taking a big leap.

You and I are a good fit for a career/business life coaching relationship if:

-You’re a professional who feels like they need a change, but don't know where to begin or how to move forward.

-You believe in the power of science to change your life - even if you did hate high school biology.

-You’re a high achiever, but feel like you’ve hit a wall or a roadblock.

-You enjoy uplifting, but incredibly informative interactions.

-You’re ready to go from thinking to doing.

-You have a similar love of too many explanation points in emails (!!!).

-You want to achieve more tomorrow than you did yesterday.

-You feel the gap between where you are and where you want to be growing bigger and wider each day, but feel powerless to stop it.

-You’re ready to actively design your future.
