Mary is a fantastic medical massage therapist! I was not from the area, I had a bad pain in my neck, and I had about 1000 miles left to drive to get home to New Jersey. I did not want to go get a typical Swedish massage because I knew I needed someone who could target my neck specifically and help me regain mobility to make the drive home (sort of hard to drive when you can't turn your head ;-) ). Mary's expertise loosened me up and helped me be able to rotate left and right again! She also gave me stretches to do and recommended ice (which I have been using quite often since returning home and it is extremely helpful!). I am so so so thankful for Mary and for her help! I would highly recommend using her and her medical massage abilities to fix your knots, injuries, creaks and cracks :) More...

What do you love most about your job?
Watching my clients go from fear and pain to health and joy. I love seeing the amazement on their faces when I fix an issue, or when they set a huge goal they never thought they'd reach and then they nail it! It's so wonderful to be a part of their journey!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to set my own hours and be my own boss. :) That's probably the most un-inspiring answer imaginable, but it's true!
Why should our clients choose you?
As a bodyworker + massage therapist I use somatics + emotions to help release the phsyical blocks in your body. As a coach I work with your energy and mindset to help you design your day around your dreams.
