Q&As

I love being able to guide my clients into a more peaceful and a more confident life. I love watching them become more aware of their feelings and discover how that impacts their thoughts and decisions. I love it when my clients learn they can do something that previously they believed was unachievable. My job is to teach my client the skills to deal with big decisions, change behaviors and solve problems on their own.

I was a full-time speech pathologist working for a company. I was unable to provide the services that I knew many of my clients would benefit from. I thought about how I could use some of the same techniques and draw on my training to help others problem solve, develop better habits, deal with ADHD, figure out how to "adult", overcome overwhelm etc. I decided going into business for myself was the best way I could serve others.

You should choose me because I have extensive training and experience and I have a proven track record of working well with my clients and achieving positive results. I am a compassionate person but I am also able to hold my clients accountable for their choices and behavior. I will not only help them achieve their goals but they will learn the mechanism behind the change. My goal for my clients is to not only achieve their goals but to become the best version of themselves.
I hold a Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from Gallaudet University and can sign with near fluency. I am a Certified Consistency Coach. I also have experience with and skills to include but not limited to:
Assisting youth in navigating adult responsibilities
Addressing executive function as related to ADHD
Dealing with daily stressors
Establishing and maintaining better habits
Assisting adults with overwhelm and day to day responsibilities
Improving personal and professional communication skills
Establishing routines and making more positive decisions
Assisting in organization, planning, time management and working memory

I have personal experience as a single mom, with home schooling, divorce and caring for elderly parents so I know how it feels to be overwhelmed and frustrated. I have gone through this process myself and know that it can be done and the results are so worth it!

Yes. Presently most of my clients are seen remotely. I use Zoom for a majority of my meetings, Other platforms will be considered if required.

Having done most of my work remotely recently, I find the risk of Covid-19 is not applicable.
