My passion is helping women strengthen their relationships and personal well-being so that they may live their lives to the fullest. Hey, I get it. Sometimes we find ourselves on auto-pilot, lose our direction, and maybe compromise those things most valuable to us. It happens. Let's talk!

Are you seeking healing from deep emotional pain and uncomfortable emotional symptoms? Are you yearning for growth as a person? Are you in crisis or just responding to an inner longing for change in your life? In any case, it is my desire to meet you where you are and join you in what you want to accomplish.

I have a gentle nature and calm demeanor and strive to create a safe environment where trust is built through genuine honesty, encouragement and authenticity.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is an evidence base intervention used only by qualified and trained clinicians to help individuals decrease distressing emotions caused by a traumatic or overwhelming experience. It is an eight-phase treatment that identifies and addresses experiences that have overwhelmed the brain’s natural coping capacity, and have thereby generated traumatic symptoms and/or harmful coping strategies.

Clients report immediate relief even after the 1st session of EMDR. It is something worth experiencing because it is truly life changing
