Rick is a very enthusiastic and energetic personal trainer. He appeared to have basic knowledge in nutrition and fitness and was reasonably priced for anyone that requires a basic level of personal training. If you have more complex personal training needs or suffer from any musculoskeletal related condition I would caution you to consider a personal trainer with more experience. More...

Rick is super knowledgeable, very flexible with schedules, and works with your level of fitness. My time with Rick was awesome. I’m on my second month! I love it! Rick pushes you to go beyond what you thought you were capable!!! I’m learning how to lift properly so I prevent from getting injured! Rick.. what can I say �.. he's a very good trainer.. it's been one month since I started with Rick and I've lost 9.5lbs. .lost 2 inches off the chest..1.5 inches off my arms.. waist -2 inches.. thighs -2 inches and calf's .5 inches. Overall I'm very pleased with the results Rick is helping me achieve.. and he also trains my 11 year old son. We really enjoy his sessions..he keeps it fun. More...

I’m two weeks into the 28 day challenge, and so far I’m loving it! Rick is super nice and has a great coaching style. He’s knowledgeable and pushes you to do your best each session.

I’m down 2 pounds - which is encouraging, but since I’m trying to add muscle I’m not paying much attention to the scale. It’s the speed uptick in my running that has me pleasantly surprised at this early stage.

I’ve been running for 7 years, no longer can do long distance due to a back injury, so I stick to 3 miles a few times a week. This week my run felt easier than normal. I felt strong my whole run. I didn’t check my pace until I get home and noted an 11’12” min/mile average - which is fast for me. I looked back through my run history - my fastest time in the past year was 11’28” min/mile average back in June!

I plan on continuing my training through the spring to push myself to a new level of strength and overall fitness. I’m confident that Rick can help me reach my goals.

As a single mom of 3 boys, taking care of myself is usually at the bottom of the list... Last week, I decided to take the leap and make myself a priority. And I’m so glad I did. Kristen is the trainer that I’m working with. She is fantastic! She puts together a workout that is both challenging and fun.. I worked with Rick from January-April in Hilliard, Ohio. I started coming here because I knew weight lifting would be good for me, but I wasn't sure where to start on my own. Rick has been consistently great - he is knowledgeable about what he does; he will make sure you are making progress while doing exercises correctly in order to stay safe. I loved that every workout was different. I never got bored or felt like I was repeating what I did the session before. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a personal trainer! Rick is a dedicated trainer that helps push you to your goals. He is also very knowledgeable on the subject and will be happy to explain the reasoning for each and every exercise, giving you a clear picture of what is taking place during your workout.
