Describe your creative process.
We first speak with or meet our clients to discuss their projects and their requirements. We assess if the project is right for us and is a good fit. Then we submit a proposal based on our discussion. Once the client agrees and authorizes the project, we take a deposit and get started. As we move ahead with the production and creative process, we share our work at each phase. We are friendly and easy to work with...the management and staff is very approachable and available to discuss any projects. We are very proactive and very responsive to client inquiries.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need to know the type of project or campaign we will be working on; we like to know if there has been any previous work done on it; we will need any hi-res files the client may have - such as logo already designed; we will want the client to have a phone conference to discuss the project(s). We will need to know how quickly they need the project completed.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the clients we work with - everything from Presidents and CMOs of larger corporations, to entrepreneurs starting out and growing their companies. My husband Ted and I work together and I lover that we are a family owned company - because we work with many multi-generational family owned businesses and we understand their needs. I love helping clients to see their projects come to fruition and the excitement of getting positive results because of our help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My children were young and I wanted to be able to be home with them and have flexibility of work hours. Starting the business allowed me to see clients while they were in school, work on projects in the evenings or on weekends to keep jobs moving forward, and yet have the time I needed for raising my family. I never looked back!
Why should our clients choose you?
We have an amazing creative and talented staff, we really get involved with our clients and care about their success, we have the experience and know-how to get the projects done well and in a timely manner; we are reasonably priced. We have been in business for 30 years and have helped hundreds of companies. Many of our clients have been with us for 5+ and 10+ years. Several of our clients were able to sell their companies for huge profits partly because of our marketing accomplishments.
