With Mike's help, my doctor took me off all my diabetic medication. She told me she was so pleased with my numbers and that I'm working out that shes comfortable taking me off my medication. Mike was always there for any questions regarding meal prep and what I should do on days I dont work with him. He is awesome! More...

Mike is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness training. I like how he changes my exercise routines up on a regular basis. We start with stretching and then a boxing warm up. After that we focus on three or for different exercises per workout that targets whatever muscle groups we will work on that day. At the end of the session we do core exercises. Michael is a trainer that really understands functionality and mobility. Michael developed a program for me to improve any imbalances that I had. I also wanted to improve my strength. We were focusing on strength building through one of his strength programs . Attention to detail is another thing that he is very focused on. He has a eye for a bad form. He will let you know and correct you , he doesn't just go through the motions. Michael is an excellent trainer who likes what he does which is a reflection of your sessions with him. He takes the time to demonstrate what he wants you to do, just not telling you what to do. Mike is one of the most amazing trainers i have ever had. He can look at you and know exactly what to work out and how to get you to your goal. He takes the time to explain the workouts and is with you 100 percent of the way making sure your form is perfect. His workouts are always fun and challenging and I love the results i get from them. Mike is an excellent personal trainer. He knows so much about what he does, it is so hard to find somebody as good at what they do as Mike is at training. I have had injuries that would have stopped most people from training, Mike understood what the issues were and actually helped improve them and help me recover faster. He knows the muscular breakdown of the body and how the body should function, it is scary how much he knows! Mike is truly exceptional. He really takes the time to get to know you and your unique fitness goals, and he is very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor, which makes training with him fun!
