I met Mark A. Ocasio in 2018 and trained together for years after that. I really enjoyed every single training session with him. He introduced me to the world of weight lifting, HIIT, circuit training, and others . His training style is unique and customized for everyone. He takes the time to know his clients and discover their strengths and limitations. From there , he creates a training plan accordingly. Mark not only wants us to train for one hour , he wants us to improve our health and learn to love fitness so we incorporate that in our lives. His technique helped me very much to continue to train independently, even during the pandemic lock down, when gyms were not available. I continue to practice what I learned from him. I assist clients in achieving their goals by laying out realistic expectations. Structuring out small achievements is an amazing system that encourages, motivates, and pushes you to enjoy the process of this amazing transformation in both mind and body.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is being able to meet YOU. To assist in a life change that will only benefit your quality of living. To keep up with your kids when they get of age. To breath better because you have a stronger heart. To have no more back pain. To win your first competition. This is more than love , its my mission.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During the Covid-19 outbreak I was furloughed from the gym I was working at. I lost everything and times were tough. The spark occurred around 6 weeks into quarantine. I had to make a change. In my e-book " Life After Quarantine: what I did to stay fit and healthy " goes into more description of my fall and rise. To fast forward during that time I created a website , built a website , trained client remotely, and started the blueprint of started my business and becoming an LLC. I adapted and had to get out of my comfort zone in order to make this change ( something we can all relate to).

I was gifted with a personality that gets along with everyone. I take my job seriously, but also want you to enjoy and escape life's workload for some time. Results, and the amazing people I had the privilege to work with says it all. I would love to meet and be apart of your fitness journey.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I Opened up a small studio gym for the soul purpose of it being a more private and health safety environment. We make sure we keep the equipment clean and have sanitation stations around the studio. Being fully vaccinated and being aware of high risk individuals is always a priority.
Mindful Objectives
A great workout always has its necessities. whether it requires nutrition , stretching , rehab , or some core assignments during the week.
I provide my clients with an outline of nutrition to guide them to a lean and healthy physique .
In this day an age, a lot of our occupations require long hours of sitting Infront of a computer resulting in Lower back pain. For this additional stretching is always helpful.
There's always something to do in between workout days. It can be cardio, a group class , or an ab assignment. I make sure you are staying busy on our off days. this will only push and motivate you to eventually become self sufficient
