Very relaxing - clean- and professional place of business. 60 mins wasn’t long enough - could have had longer - the massage was so relaxing and pressure points worked on . Soft music playing in background made it even more relaxing . The foot soak was soo nice and warm and then they do a face massage on pressure points and foot massage was heaven . I've been here a number of times since my previous review, and one thing that has stood out to me is the superb customer service. All therapists, including the owner take the time to figure out your needs prior to giving you your massage. It's important to communicate exactly what you are looking for (and what you're not looking for) so you get the best experience possible. My past few massages have been with Shannon and I've had great experiences!Great ambience, clean environment, and friendly therapists! My first massage was with Chavi and she was great! She listened to my needs and was super attentive and professional during the session. I also had a 90 min full spectrum reiki session with Asa. The reiki session itself was great, but the discovery discussion afterward was a bit underwhelming.Overall, this session was decent and Asa was really friendly, but I next time I may just opt for a rei of light session without the discovery discussion. I got a massage this weekend with Mark and it was just what the doctor ordered. In our consultation we discussed his methods and my likes/dislikes for a full-body massage. The room was cozy and his timing was well-sequenced. I asked Mark to focus on the front and back of my legs - arms too -- and he did just that. I've had many different massage therapists work on me but Tracie is by far, the best! I get deep tissue massage and she gets to the root of all my aches and pains with forceful yet soothing pressure. She takes the time to talk with you to find out exactly where you need relief the most. All the negatives here are from Groupon people who were unable to get appointments. Good place for deep tissue massage. Found this place using Groupon. Didn't have an issue scheduling an appointment as in the past. Called and got an appointment the following day at 10am. The business is not that difficult to find though somewhat sketchy area. There's street parking as well as parking in the supermarket area. When I went in, Groupon was scanned and that was it.The interior looks quite nice. Massage itself was pretty good. My therapist's pressure was adequate and not too much. My favorite reflexology place, when I visit Providence once a year. I've been going since they were over on Atwells, but have been to their newer, nicer location a couple times now. Super pleasant and very skilled staff, and a truly nice and relaxing environment. Went to ME on a whim today with a gift card I had be given forever ago. Steph B. was my massage therapist and she was amazing. Finally someone who gives me the strong pressure I need!!! I went in hoping to relieve some of the tightness I've been having in my neck and back and Steph had me leaving loose, relaxed and pain free. I'm not one to sign up for monthly memberships but my experience was that wonderful that I decided to commit to treating myself with Steph once a month. The girl at the desk (I forget her name) was lovely as well. She wasn't pushy on the sale which normally would push me away...but she just gave me the rundown on the membership and what it had to offer. I had been dealing with terrible sciatic pain for a few months...I tried various forms of stretching, resting, ice, heat, etc, and nothing worked.  I found Dr. Jiao, and after only 2 treatments, my pain was gone!! I've never experienced Acupuncture before, and to be honest was always a skeptic, but I am now a believer! Common for Shauna S,I've been a regular customer of Le Foot for years. The staff always tries to squeeze me into their tight schedule whenever able. Due to my work schedule I try to schedule sessions during my breaks, which aren't always at the most convenient times. This afternoon I unfortunately was having a massage in the next room when you started to raise your voice in the facility. If I was fully clothed I would have come out to the front and voiced my opinion to you myself. You were extremely rude and sounded childish. You totally ignored what the staff was saying to you. I visit this place regularly and have never had a bad visit yet until you decided to carry on at the front desk this afternoon. Learn to speak to people instead of yelling, you'll get farther in life. Just so everyone else knows. I love this place, I find the prices reasonable, and the staff is super accommodating. I especially love that they do a monthly community clinic with sliding scale rates for 30-minute massages, which makes it possible for people to have massages more frequently when otherwise they could not afford it. It was advertised to be a 30 minute discussion, but she really had nothing else to say after 5 minutes. She gave me the chance to ask questions which I didn't have, since nothing she told me resonated with me. A lot of things she said was super generic (stay grounded, trust myself, look to my ancestors) while some other things were just wrong. The massage description said she'd provide me insight on my past lives, childhood memories, and spiritual journey, which I felt like I did not receive. The discovery discussion was definitely not worth the extra $65. Overall, this session was decent and Asa was really friendly, but I next time I may just opt for a rei of light session without the discovery discussion. I had a 60 minute massage with Kathryn and she was great! She was very welcoming and took the time to discuss my needs with me. I also added hot stones (which was free since I brought in 3 cans to donate to the RI Food Bank - awesome!). Making the appointment was super convenient and communication from the staff was superb. Good place for Thai massage. When you walk in, you're provided a change of clothes or you can bring your own if you want to. The massage is done on the floor on top of a mat. Thai massage is different from other kinds of massage and involves pressure, stretching in various directions. Somewhat feels like passive yoga. The therapists here are quite good. Go see Melodie! She gave me one of the best massages I've ever had...and I have had an incredible amount over the years. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and deep pressure (which I asked for) to work out those knots. She is super knowledgeable about the body, and has truly magical hands! That sounds super creepy, but just go see her, and you'll see for yourself! I only wish I wasn't moving out of RI, or o would say I've found my new massage therapist! I had the baby mama and happy face, just for reference...and not even laying on my side could take away from this fantastic massage! You should schedule with melodie as soon as possible.
