How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The 1st step is to clearly understand the clients goals.
There is not a "one size fits all" strategy to programming workouts for clients.
EVERY CLIENT I have gets a CUSTOM TAILORED program to help them achieve their goals.
I believe the most important part of a personal trainer is the "personal" part.....you have to understand you client first in order to help them. Your inut of the client (what they like, what they dont like is very important to me)

What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in retail for 25 YEARS leading 3000+ associates and being responsible for over $550m in sales. I was able to impact ALOT of lives. As I became more interested in nutrition/fitness---it changed my life....
It inspired me to retire from retail and do this everyday!

I currently have clients I train via ZOOM.
Its less expensive than in person training and if you are a beginner, its ideal. You are in the comfort of your home, you need minimal equipment and I have clients use soup cans, water bottles, etc as light weights just to work on form and movement pattern.
If you are uncomfortable with trying it, let me know and we can do a session to see how you like it....
