I can’t praise and thank Marigolds enough for everything thing they put into my daughters wedding! The food was amazing and her guests were talking all night about the menu. Appetizers were brought inside to a table, salads placed at each table setting, and dinner served from the truck. Plus our photographers were impressed and commented how organized and quick with serving dinner. The mix matched China is a great touch for any wedding. Thank you again Mary!!! You are awesome!! I loved everything about this food truck and the people serving food! My niece chose Marigolds to cater her wedding and the food was fantastic. They even offered a vegan option, jackfruit tacos, for the vegan guests, but many non vegans had them and raved about their taste. The owner was super sweet and even stayed open later in case guests wanted to eat after they had began "having fun"! She wrapped everything up after closing and left for people to munch on later. Marigolds catered our daughters wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the food and they’re sweet personalities! ! Everything they served was fresh to order for each guest. They continued to serve as the reception got going and packed up what was leftover before they left. We heard nothing but wonderful comments from our guests! It was fun to have a food truck and no worries about setting up for traditional catering. For an outdoor wedding or any large gathering, this was the way to go for our family!! Thanks Mary More...

We had the homemade chicken pot pie, shredded cherry pork sandwich, and apple strudel with caramel sauce - delicious! Great idea to park at a brewery so we uhad a comfy place to eat and hang out, plus plenty of microbrews to choose from.

We had the pot roast sandwich and the pulled cherry pork sandwich. The slaw really made the pork sandwich a standout. The pot roast sandwich was full of flavor, and went above my expectations! I can't wait to go back and try the Korean Beef. More...

I had the slow-cooked pot roast with the fried onions on top and finished it off with the chocolate cake with sour cherry ice cream! So so good!
The pot roast was delicious. It was very tender with lots of flavor. The sandwich was delicious but I did find myself wishing that there was some kind of sauce to go on the sandwich or on the side.
The cake and ice cream paired very well together mixing the sweetness of the ice cream with the thick chocolate flavor of the cake!

Wow, a fabulous dinner delivered to our rural home, feeding 200 very happy people a marvelous menu, complete with cilantro butter drenched corn on the cob, ham sliders with red onion raspberry reduction sauce, caprese sticks, chocolate tartlets with caramel drizzled with chocolate ganache, people were raving! Mary made everything herself, served so cheerfully, it made the party a culinary delight. And when it was all over, this hostess exhausted, the truck pulled away and there was nothing to clean up.
