Mariah grew up in a gym with her parents who were bodybuilders. Although she’s always loved fitness, in college she began to experience severe joint pain and other debilitating symptoms due to a rare genetic condition called Ehlers Danlos. Years of being unable to exercise meant she had to start with the basics and “get in shape” all over again.

Mariah is an extremely knowledgeable trainer and therapist! She meets you exactly where you are and supports you along the way. There is no cookie cutter path here! Every step is tailored to your needs. As a chronic pain warrior, she understands and adapts exercises to my pain levels. She is also a great listener! Choosing Mariah as the personal trainer for my grandson was a decision I am grateful to have made. He has issues with hyper mobility in his joints and she has been instrumental in teaching him how to successfully overcome this during workouts. Her positive attitude and encouragement combined with her incredible knowledge as a personal trainer has enabled him to reach goals beyond our expectations. We would both highly recommend her!! I am constantly amazed of Mariah knowledge of the human body. I am 70 and we have a 3 day a week program on strength and flexibility. I enjoy ballroom dancing and one day I complained about my trouble with balance on some of the steps and on the spot she developed a routine to improve my balance. Mariah has a positive attitude and has always done an excellent job of meeting my fitness goals in a fun and enjoyable way. More...

I was referred by a colleague due to medical issues like vertigo and knee injury I didn’t want just anyone training me. I wanted someone who took my limitations and dislikes into account. I’ve been going to Mariah now for about 10 months and even though some of the exercises seem weird my flexibility and strength has definitely gotten a lot better with minimal issues during training. She’s great! More...

I am so beyond grateful that I found Mariah. Mariah is a personable and caring one of a kind trainer who has so much knowledge and expertise about my chronic illness POTS. She has helped me through a lot of up and downs with my illness and given me so much confidence in myself. I feel myself getting stronger every time I work with her and I am so thankful for that. I also really appreciate her flexibility and ability to work with me virtually since we do not live in the same state. More...
