What do you love most about your job?
I have been through so many changes in my life and would like to make it easier for those going through similar changes (separation, reconciliation, divorce, remarriage, single parenting, empty nest, boomerang children, caring for aging parents, career scandal, career burnout, searching for purpose, etc.). Using my background, education, skills and life experience, I can help others as they move forward to make a positive difference in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked my way up the corporate ladder to a vice president position and still felt unfulfilled. I realized that making managerial decisions on such a high level did not give me the internal satisfaction I desired. To live authentically and purposely, I made the decision to leave the corporate world and start a business where I could have a direct impact on helping others. Through the process, I have been able to live my slogan of "Find You. Find Joy."

I am well educated and trained but more importantly, I'm compassionate, non-judgmental, welcoming and truly care about my clients. My desire is to help people find out who they are and live in alignment both personally and professionally with that discovery so they can experience meaningful happiness in their life.

I offer virtual sessions - by phone or zoom video. For local clients, I also offer walk and talk sessions on Pensacola Beach (weather permitting).
