They are super amazing at what they do and do everything they can to help you with your orders. They will go over cake pictures and even tell you how much it will cost to make your cake and also if your coming to do your wedding they will have cake samples which are amazingggg

Stopped in on 7/2/19 to grab the kiddos some sweet treats. My daughter enjoyed the white pedifor and my son liked the chocolate on chocolate pedifor. The pedifors are also pretty big in size. My fiance and I went for a cake tasting appointment and it was amazing. We also had 3 of our bridal party members with us also. Mrs. Marguerite was very helpful with the whole process and actually listened to what I wanted as a bride. We are so excited to be getting our wedding cake from her. I ordered a cake and cupcakes for a gender reveal this past weekend. The ladies who helped me make the order were super helpful and it was great to be able to email the picture I had in mind. I told Marguerite that the photo was just a suggestion and I’d like something close to it. She promised to try and get close, but there might be some creative differences. I was totally great with that! Pickup was a breeze and the girl at the counter even helped me carry everything to my car. Great service, great cake, I can’t recommend this place enough!!! Oh my gosh! I have been buying king cakes from marguerites for years. I drove the three hours( I live in Mississippi) to go get our king cakes this year. I was also purchasing some of the cakes for the nursing home where I work in Mississippi. To my surprise they donated some king cakes to the nursing home so the residents could enjoy them for our Mardi Gras celebration. Totally did not expect the generous gift. I was having decision/searching fatigue for my destination wedding in New Orleans and asked my mom to find a bakery and select a cake. Marguerite's Cakes went above and beyond my expectations! She even helped my mom surprise us with a distance cake tasting while we were visiting FL (we're from California - mom bought a delicious king cake from her for the occasion as well). We went with the Pecan Praline flavor and provided minimal direction on the decor for the cake, and she knocked it out of the ballpark. Since we're traveling to Key West for a mini-moon, and we didn't really get to have a whole slice at our wedding, we decided to have a slice each before we left New Orleans (and get some pictures of the layers). When we come back next year for our anniversary we'd like order a small remake or cupcakes if we can! Thank you, Marguerite!! You were the icing on the cake of our favorite day! More...

They did our wedding and grooms cake. We had kind of an odd request for our wedding cake and were worried about it looking right. ...Marguerite’s nailed it!! From our taste test, to the day of our wedding they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The wedding cake was so delicious and our guest are still going on about it. For the grooms cake we did a 3 layer king cake. My husband is allergic to almonds so they offered to make him a separate mini king cake just for him with no almond icing the day of the wedding! And when his separate king cake was lost at our venue (NOT Marguerite’s fault!!!) they didn’t hesitate to make another one for him! They even included a anniversary cake for us. So when we make a year, instead of eating the frozen cake, they are going to make a fresh little cake for us to celebrate! Such a great bonus! You really can’t go wrong with this bakery. Everyone was so sweet and professional and made sure we had everything we asked for! As far as wedding cakes go, it was definitely a great price too!
