With there only being a few groups from the time we ordered until we received our meal was almost 45 minutes. The food was great however the service and waiting around for our waitress took just as long. Most likely will not be back.

After sitting on the waitlist for 1 hour and 45 minutes, we finally got the text our table was ready . Upon going to the check in she said our time was just up. As she was going back and forth with us she said to the worker next to her “ their time is just about up right now”. Refused to seat us. They said they could put us back on the waitlist and they would call us personally instead of the text if a table came up sooner. We said yes. 2 hours went by without a text or a call. This was our first time to Margaritaville. It is very difficult to find a place that all 5 of us really enjoyed. Margaritaville surpassed everyone's expectations. We had the Beach Club, Chicken Tenders, Ribs (ordered by my 13 year old who usually eats three bites but cleaned his plate because he thought they were so good), Jumbalaya and Shrimp and Grits. Every one was delicious especially the chicken tenders which you would think would be the same that you can get pretty much every restaurant but even they were so much better as they had such a light and crispy coating. Our waitress, Lindsey, was wonderful and helped us make our menu choices. All three kids have deemed this to be their favorite restaurant and we will definitely be back. More...

coming from a server/bartender for the past 10 years I have never been served so disrespectfully before. It's appalling to watch a server treat tables bad because they know they are automatically going to receive a tip from them whether they do a good job or not. and then to not have even been told about the automatic gratuity before coming was very unprofessional. they even called us an hour after we sat at a table to see if we were showing up for the reservation we made. truly an awful experience. to the server if she ever reads this, your shrugging of the shoulders and excuse, "well it's my 3rd day working" was truly a testament to your lack or work ethic and appreciation for getting to even work for this franchise. you shamed yourself in front of many and it was embarrassing to see another server be so in lack of terms, distasteful. We were put on a waiting list for 35 minutes, never got a text. We went back to check our wait time, the guy said 5 minutes. ...we waited another 10 minutes. We decided to go somewhere else and still haven't gotten a text saying our table is ready. (That was 4 hours ago)So disappointing!! Thank goodness there a plenty of other restaurants that serve just as good or better margaritas!! More...
