MARGARITA BRAVO

A few weeks ago I had called to make an appointment for a consult, through out the phone conversation she seemed less interested when she found out I spoke spanish as well. She asked where I bought my furniture from, I told her I bought them at Pottery Barn, and Lazy Boy. As the conversation went on she seemed very disinterested and the shift of energy happened as soon as the spanish came. She didn't really seem to care or even follow up a week later like she promised she would. I am still waiting on her reply but with no avail. We were looking to do a major and expensive remodling but it looks like we will be looking elsewhere. Discrimination because of language is not a good look for her company. More...

Margarita is amazing at what she does… she has such natural talent. Margarita has a fabulous eye for getting just the right look--no matter what your style. We were starting with nothing because we had just moved from the DC area. Once we had the overall plan for a loft-like living-dining area, she worked with us to mix our own purchases with her recommendations. Her recommendations for workers from painting to solar blinds to closets have all been remarkable artisans with the same attention to detail that Margarita shows in all her work. We hired Margarita with Bravo&Decor to help us complete 2 projects that we had been struggling with making decisions and completing on our own. 1. Kitchen refresh 2. Installing new railing for a stairwell.

Margarita was absolutely wonderful and we completed both projects in just under a month. For the kitchen refresh which included painting an existing island and changing out all of our cabinet hardware, Margarita helped save time with my tendency to get overwhelmed by choice by limiting colors for painting our kitchen island and pre-selecting a few options for new kitchen hardware. She got to know our style so her first picks were actually perfect. For the stairwell railing, we knew more of what we wanted and Margarita selected the perfect contractor to help us achieve our vision. She also ensured that we were perfectly happy with the final product.

I look forward to working with Margarita on additional projects in the future because I know that once they are started, she will help us complete them and ensure we are satisfied with the final vision.

Margarita was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end of the project. From the initial consultation to the end of the project Margarita was very professional and courteous. Our family mudroom is an area with lots of traffic and commotion and easily gets disorganized. Margarita listened to my concerns and was able to obtain aesthetically pleasing bins, pillows, boxes to fit all of our shoes, jackets, bags, miscellaneous in them. Margarita with Bravo & Décor recently decorated a beautiful nursery for our new baby girl!
She is extremely talented when it comes to design. The room where we have the nursery is very small and she was able to lay out all of the necessary furniture in a way that made the room look cozy yet not cramped. Her ideas for textures and color were right on target as well, and she was even willing to design in a way to help with organization.
