Food is good. But learn how to quote wait times properly. Don’t tell me 40 minutes when it turns into over an hour. And then when I pay tell me that I’m ‘next’ and 5-7 people get their orders ahead of me.

We had dinner last night from Hibachi express in Waynesville.
All I can say is AWESOME FOOD🥳🤩👍
We had crab Rangoon, Lobster & Shrimp as well as Steak & Chicken.
The food was FRESH, VERY DELICIOUS and the staff in the trailer super nice.
I highly recommend this place and looking forward to get amazing food there again 👍👍👍👍

My husband and I tried the food tonight for the first time. We were bummed that we had to wait 50 mins. But, that was partially our fault for going at 6 on a Sunday.
But, now we see why the wait was so long. The food was amazing and the portion size was perfect! My husband and got the crab Rangoon appetizer and chicken, veg. & rice.
What a great addition to Waynesville! If you haven’t been, you won’t be disappointed!

I am very disappointed It was my first time trying this meals and the girl there was super rude my food had no flavor at all it was just soy sauce flavor very disappointed.
after paying $30 I asked for sirracha sauce it was pay extra ? not coming back number one reason bad customer service and food is not what I expected

Picked up food, tonight and can I just say - delicious! Ordered steak and shrimp hibachi for my hubs and he was impressed with both the flavor and the fact that they took the time to remove the tails from the shrimp so he could just eat it. I ordered chicken lo-Mein and it was loaded with chicken and veggies. Such a super easy take home meal. I will definitely be a repeat customer. More...

The best hibachi in town ! For myself I got filet and lobster and food was amazing , perfect seasoning ! My kids got chicken with teriyaki sauce and loved it too ! Highly recommended !

No veggies in the fried rice. It’s only soy sauce rice our lobster was over cooked and chewy. The chicken was dry and the steak was steamed cooked and chewy not grilled.
