How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their goals by first setting realistic timelines and expectations. The media and marketing experts have glorified speedy results as the norm when in fact it often times takes 6 or more months to actually create a habit you can stick to for the long run. 21 days to create a habit or losing 20 pounds in a month is a very short sighted way to look at fitness. After setting the appropriate expectations we can get to work on the tangible things that will get you to your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition, strength training, and did I mention nutrition ;)
If you try to get the body of your dreams by just working out hard you will be very disappointed. Nutrition is the absolute essential pillar in the transformation foundation.
Number 1: nutrition.
Number 2: strength training.
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite thing is to watch the skeptic turn into a believer. Not a skeptic of me as a trainer. Skeptical that they can actually do it. That they can change their ways. That they can be consistent and find success as a new lifestyle vs an obligation or chore. When I see my clients start to enjoy working out when they initially hated it...that's so rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love helping people one on one. I always have. I could have opened a large gym with thousands of members and collected membership dues from a bunch of folks that never came back and watched thousands of people walk in and never get results. But that would have been devastating for me to watch. I've always liked a personal approach to helping people. I feel this is where I can have an incredible impact.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I conduct all of my personal training sessions and nutrition coaching sessions virtually :)
Personal Training
I lead all of my personal training sessions through FaceTime or Zoom. Sessions are 45 minutes long. All sessions will include a warm-up, weight training, interval training, and stretching.
My specialization is in gaining lean muscle and losing fat.
I am able to work around 99% of past injuries.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is where the rubber meets the road. Without a proper, realistic life-style based plan it is not likely you will achieve the results you are looking for.
Each week we will have a completely dedicated nutrition session to review your food journal and to educate you on what changes need to be made.
