I highly recommend Maranatha Fences based on my recent experience. Alex and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my fence. I was pleased with the quality of their work and the material used. Fence posts were properly secured with cement foundation, treated wood was used as base board for longevity, redwood boards appear to be high quality. We recently had over 80 feet of our perimeter fence line redone and four new gates built. We chose Maranatha Fences because of the beauty of their handiwork as can be seen on their website. They are skilled and passionate about wood. Fernando, assessed the repair needs of our property and provided a ready quote. Alex, Jose and Haro were able to start the same week and completed the entirety of the project, including hauling old fence wood away, in 3 days time. Alex, the owner, has done a good job representing his company. There was plenty of communication to make sure client is aware of any/all issues as they appear. Maranatha fence does great quality work! Alex is professional, on time, on budget and does beautiful wood work. He and his team initially replaced 150' of old chainlink fence with new redwood fence and we were so impressed with our new fence we hired him to build a deck and pergola in our backyard. He also replaced our front porch railing, and built a new bench seat for our front yard. Our house looks amazing with all the redwood features in the front and backyard! Alex designed the front porch from a pic and it came out better than the inspiration pic. My neighbors complemented the new porch immediately. Definitely great curb appeal thanks to Alex. I ended up getting 92 feet of six foot board on board fence. I was very happy with the crew as they ensure they did a good job. They would measure and check to make sure it looks good. We wanted to install an electric gate for our driveway. Got 3 bids and Maranatha was the best one. They were very professional - showed up promptly to give an estimate, explained the 3 week lead time to get the materials, called when the materials arrived and installed a few days later. High quality materials - Liftmaster motor, heavy duty metal, and custom redwood planks. Would absolutely recommend them. We had a minor issue after installation. BEAUTIFUL, SUPER RESPONSIVE & REASONABLE Fence Installation!!! Our fence was falling apart & we needed to replace it ASAP. There were nails sticking out of the wood planks. It was a dangerous safety hazard. We collected 3 quotes. The other 2 fence companies stated that they could not begin work for another 1-2 months. But Maranatha Fences quickly began to remove our old fence & install a new one within 3 business days of our first contact. On top of that, the other 2 companies said it would take them 3 days to complete the fence. But Maranatha Fences finished it all in 1 day. All we have to do is water the concrete again tomorrow. The fence was just installed today. Maranatha Fences' price was at par with 1 quote and a bit lower than the other estimate. I really appreciated their fast work because it freed my schedule to do other things on 2 extra days. While they were working, they were super professional and respectful. They did everything as I requested - like cutting a curve shape onto the top of the fence gate and replacing the fence "like-for-like." When they were done with their work, they cleaned everything up very nicely - as you can see in the photos. Very happy with Maranatha Fences, they installed an electric double swing 16ft gate. I showed them the design of the gate I wanted and they told me no problem! In fact "no problem" was the general theme they kept saying through the project. Alterations of small details at my request - "no problem". Fixing some errors - "no problem". They took some artistic liberty with the gate (which was risky) but I loved the result. They showed up and where honest. I will be using them again! I cannot yet guarantee the longevity but so far (2 weeks ) it's been having "no problems". Alex and Jose were my main contacts from Maranatha Fences and they were a pleasure to deal with. I was looking for someone to install a new fence where none had existed before, and so reached out to four or five other companies. Alex stood out to me - he was very responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and to be honest, the most reasonably priced for what I was looking for. I didn't want someone cheap, I was looking for fair and that would get the job done! Jose and his group of young men handled the project in the time expected. Needless to say, I had to leave them at the house to complete the project due to unexpectedly having to travel out of town. I was thrilled to come back to a beautiful fence, and clean front yard. I have since received many compliments from neighbors and others around, and needless to say, I have reached out to Alex and group to work on another project for me.
