Chef Adam Alderman of Mantra Classic Café responded quickly to my request. His profile and the photos of his work showcased a professional culinary artist who is passionate about his craft.
Chef Adam introduced himself via email and advised he was available to discuss my idea. I scheduled a time with him and the rest was history! I had a concept for a 2 person tasting, not a menu. I explained what I was thinking and Chef Adam's creativity and energy immediately ignited. My request was not his typical catering request. I was interested in a Taste of Nashville Tapas versus a traditional 4 course meal.
I was excited to hear Chef Adam's thoughts on menu items, where he could purchase ingredients and flavor pairings as they immediately jumped out at him. I'm grateful he was enthused by my request.
In less than 24 hours I received an amazing menu. I could have never thought of it lol. I'm excited to experience the final results.

I don't have a signature dish, bc I feel a person in my field should be flexible and creative to the event and personal request
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask questions and try to imagine the meal they feel would be perfect for the occasion even if it seems so unreachable I want to try my best to give them the perfect meal stressfree
What do you love most about your job?
I love to create and coming up with new ideas and original meal like the bourbon snowball
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to cook and want to be able to create meals on a personal level for ppl not just another restaurant
Why should our clients choose you?
I try my hardest to cram as much into the meal that I can for the budget they may have to work with and make it special

I can travel to certain places with my team and my trailer as long as I have notice I can adjust if needed to most situations
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Mask and gloves as per request of some customers, other than that my team wash hands and maintain a high standard of sanitation
Drop off
Drop off dinner for 2 food delivered hot or par cooked to pop in the oven so I wont be that 3rd wheel in the other room.
