Customer service and attention to detail are both quite poor. Photos show the installation of the gate when they left 11/10/ 2020.
The fence in several places, was not soldered to anything, so it was not secure. An end cap was missing. The paint job was really poor. And a major fabrication error remains to this day.
It took almost 4 months to get them to come back. And this was after promises from both Gal and the owner, that they would be back. The guys did\'t know what to do, they were frustrated, and only one spoke a bit of English, it was not a good experience. Sadly, one error is a fabrication error so the workers could not fix it. The error is on the decorative scroll on top of the gates. One scroll, the unfinished side faces outward, and on the other, the finished edge faces outward. And this is what people see. Manda Gates has not done anything to replace it.

I hired this company to install tall fences around my property following a terrifying home invasion. Instead of installing a fence all the way around as I hired them to do, they installed a fence 2/3 of the way around for ~$20,000. Burglars can now still enter easily on one side of my property!!! When I brought the error to their attention, they asserted that we must have had a "miscommunication." Then they demanded I pay $5000 additional for them to finish the job. It's really shameful. Initially received a prompt reply to schedule someone to come out for a quote. The gentleman spent 30 min or so taking measurements and chatting.
Told me they would email me the quote. Then nothing.
I emailed them, giving them the benefit of the doubt that something has slipped in the process. Nothing.
This is not the first contractor that I’ve had do this. Faking interest and ghosting seem to be the new way for contractors to let you know that they are not able or interested in the job rather than being honest and professional.
