Brittany is a true angel who knows how to loosen up those tight knots an athlete knows all too well. Thank you for the Thai massage Brittany! She is a great therapist, passionate about her work and making people feel better. Thai massage is outta this world. If you want to feel loosened up, relaxed, and stretched out.. walk out feeling like a rag doll.. come see her! **UPDATED** next day I went on my usual morning run and had literally NO pain in my hips or knees and this is something I have not been able to achieve with my own stretching. I run 3.5 miles 3 days a week one of those being in the sand so this was a great side effect and made me realize the problem is all in my super tight hips and glute muscles which start to pull at the insertion points in those joints More...
