What’s your signature dish?
Manakish is our signature item, a Mediterranean style flatbread that can be ordered in different toppings.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create the menu for our clients by first ensuring the ingredients we use are fresh ingredients, since all our items are freshly made from scratch. Next, we ensure that are menu items are trendy food items, that represents the origins of the cuisine, and of course, by giving it our own California Style twist to appeal to the locals.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is to see different people, from different backgrounds and different cultures connect over a united front, such as good food!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being the sons of immigrants, my partner and I felt strongly about bringing a piece from back home. Turning it into a business was the challenge. However, we chose Walnut Creek, our home as former immigrants coming to the USA to pursue the American Dream. We enrolled in local high schools, went to local community colleges, and got our degrees from State Universities in San Francisco.

We are a reliable company, meeting targets, demands for any event or occasion, having the ability to cater to up to 500 people. Most importantly, our food product is high quality food made with freshly sourced ingredients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our employees wear their face masks at all times when creating catering orders for large groups. Our staff are required to wash their hands regularly with soap.
Staff who feel off or sick are not required to come to work.

We can offer catering to all events, occasions and events. We offer delivery and set up.
We can handle catering orders up to 500 people.
