What do you love most about your job?
When clients get it, the look of peace on their face is amazing. When coaches call me and tell me their success with their clients (I have 140 certified in six states).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized people were not aware of great tools and insights I was using in my executive job. So, I started my own consulting/coaching business to bring the package to people.

Yes remotely is great. First call is free since you may not be aware of this kind of package, I will explain it. Once you agree I send you an invoice, a link for your assessment, and mail your book and binder. I prefer 6 hour package ($750: $100 an hour with $150 being for the assessment, book, and binder/workbook); prefer sessions to be 2 hours, 2 hours, then two 1-hour sessions. After that if you want to continue we set up what you prefer. Basically, you learn so much in the first 4 sessions, then the next two are applications. Plus, you can text or brief call anytime with no charge (most do not misuse this). I encourage you to call in your dark moment, if you have one.
