In the customer service industry, I have encountered during my career from horrible to good to great. Then there is the kind of service that absolutely blows you away. That was our experience with Mama Emily's Sweet Treats! MEST was booked as a surprise for the guests at a "Double Retirement "party that I recently helped coordinate in June. The truck was due to arrive at 7 and I was surprised when I looked to see it was now 7:10 and I had missed 2 calls from Emily. Uh-oh...I was getting a pit in my stomach, as I knew how much Emily prided her team being on time. I called her back and she said "I have good news and bad news"...Gulp..ok.. The truck's transmission went..oh noooo...BUT I am having it TOWED to your event so not to disappoint anyone. WHAT????? Sure enough, a few minutes later, around the corner comes a huge tow truck with Mama Emily's Sweet Treat truck attached!!! The guests were awestruck and thrilled to see the truck pull in the driveway. It was so much fun to a big bunch grownups as excited as a group of 7 year olds!! Heather, who was working the truck, was truly grace under fire. The hosts and I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH for the level of service( at a substantial cost to you to YOU!) you, Heather and the tow truck driver provided!!! This was a once in a lifetime experience for two very deserving people. Thank you for EVERYTHING, Emily. I would highly recommend Mama Emily's Sweet Treats for their kindness and unparalleled level of customer service. More...
