I got my make up by Maria done for my birthday/family photos and she is AWESOME. My make up stayed put from 9am-10pm, from photo shoot to Disneyland it looked great all day. She knew exactly what kind of look I was going for. Maria asks a lot of questions to figure out your own personal style because she understands that make up is a personal preference! She was very professional throughout the booking process, showed up right on time, was easy to talk to, and did a great job. She charges really reasonable rates and does amazing work. Maria is quite an exceptional makeup artist! Let me start it by saying she is super professional. Even as a last minute booking for a good friends wedding ( yes on black friday of all days)- she kept in constant communication- including With a questionnaire and instructions on how to prep! She is very organized ( her makeup kit was so neat & clean- Â very impressive). Â she made my make up look soft and beautiful better than i could have asked for. I received so many compliments throughout the event! And the makeup stayed on great! the picture i added is of my eye look at the end of the night right before i cleaned it off. i will most definitely be calling maria for another event in the future & recommending her! I love watching my clients reactions when they see themselves after makeup is complete - It’s the best feeling!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After I had a terrible experience with my own makeup trial and loosing my job of 11 years, I decided to do something that I love and was passionate about. After some thought, doing wedding makeup was a perfect choice for me!
Nine years later, I love what I do and have never looked back!
