I have been using their cleaning services for the past 6 years or so. I have moved and taken them with me through 3 different apartments. 6 years ago they were amazing. The owner himself would show up to my place and clean and did an amazing job. He is a super nice guy and I had no complaints. Since then, he has expanded his business and he no longer personally cleans my residence, which is understandable. What is not understandable is the fact that the cleaners are never on time, and I often get messages after I contact the owner wondering where my cleaners are stating “something came up” and asking if we can reschedule. It wasn’t until I moved out of my current place that I realized what a shoddy job they have been doing. They do not move ANY furniture when they clean, and they don’t really dust either. I’m not even talking heavy items here. We have a rolling island on wheels that they don’t even bother moving when they mop our kitchen floors. The ceiling fan and top of our fridge has never been dusted. It was disgusting. When I asked about this, I was told that those things aren’t included in their regular cleaning. Ummmmm, why not? Thats not extra stuff, I’m not asking to clean inside my oven or refrigerator…that’s cleaning my apartment! This most recent and last time I will utilize their services was for this move-out. All furniture was cleaned out of the apartment and so I was sitting in my car (4 months pregnant) waiting to let them in. I sat in my car and waited for 45 minutes before I told them they needed to come back later and my husband will deal with it because I am completely done.
