I have never shopped for insurance before nor have I worked with a broker. When I was in the market for a new car I realized I was being ridiculously overcharged on my current insurance company. I found Patrick through many other recommendations on a Facebook page and decided to give him a call. He answered on the first call (almost unheard of right?!) and took his time explaining to me his role in the insurance market and how he would work with me to find the best coverage at the best price.
