We were in town for an NAU graduation and planned a celebration for 35 people. We found Main Street on Yelp and made all the plans with Dave through e-mail. The planning experience was very easy. The day of the event, everything went perfectly well. I appreciated the care that was take in the set-up. And, the food was fantastic. We had a Southwest-themed menu. Our guests loved it. Main Street Catering provided elegant gourmet food perfectly prepared and well presented for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception. The wait staff were personable and they provided complete service from set up to clean up. Even though they had to travel from Flagstaff to the Grand Canyon Airport they were able to bring everything needed including decorations. Everything was perfect! Main Street Catering provided an elegant beautifully presented meal for our daughter's wedding in the Grand Canyon. Even though they had to travel all the way from Flagstaff to the Grand Canyon Airport the food was perfectly prepared to the bride and groom's specifications. They brought tables, chairs, linens, flowers, and decorations to convert the waiting area into a cozy reception. The staff was very personable and attentive. Everything was taken care of from set up to clean up. Everything was PERFECT! The next day we held a brunch and again the very friendly staff took care of everything from set up to clean up. Alexis at Main Street Catering was great. We went onsite to taste the menu and they were so friendly. We ended up making last minute changes to the menu and Alexis was very responsive in making the changes and getting back to us on a price difference.
The food was delicious and I received feedback from a number of guests on how great the food was. Our favorites were:
Chorizo and jalapeno stuffed mushrooms
Tossed green salad apples, red peppers, scallions, candied pecans, feta and balsamic
Salmon stuffed with spinach and mascarpone cheese
Pumpkin ravioli WAS AMAZING
Marinated grilled flank steak
we ordered menus for the tables to let our guests know what they were having at the buffett

We used Main Street Catering for our wedding at the Arboretum at Flagstaff this past September for appetizers, dinner, and bartending. The food was delicious (those mashed potatoes!!!), and all of the staff was so friendly and kind to all of our guests! We opted for the buffet style, and everyone got through the line so quickly because there are staff helping to serve you. The bartenders were quick to get drinks and fun to banter with. Alexis is a wonderful coordinator and made sure that everything went smoothly. We would 100% recommend them for anyone getting married in Flagstaff! More...

I had the pleasure of eating Main Street Catering at a meeting on 5/3/2018. It was delicious. The spread was out of the ordinary and had something for everyone. The staff set up table cards describing the food, set up the plates so they were easy to grab and stayed to pour tea and lemonade for the guests! Would highly recommend them for company meetings! We arranged (from out of town) for a catered dinner for 18 for a family reunion we had at a VRBO place we rented. Â Dave was great to work with, arrived right on time, and provided excellent food. Â We got the Italian set of entrees. Â The eggplant parmigiana was an special hit, as was the chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and strawberries. Â The portions were generous, so we had a lot of leftovers which were gobbled up the next day. If we're ever in Flagstaff again, we will not hesitate to have Main Street cater for us. Â Thanks, Dave! It has been about 2 years since I was there and I remember it like it was yesterday. Anyone can really appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a place like this. Super educational and a great way to spend an afternoon. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks so much to everyone who made this enjoyable. Have to agree that road is little rough. Beautiful arboretum! I was there today for the Memorial Day weekend plants sale and to listen to the band that was playing. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had. Contrary to what the person said about the gravel road being terrible and not a good road to drive down, I drove a Chevy Impala down the 3 mile stretch with no issues. I’ve driven on MUCH worse roads than the one to the arboretum totally fine. If you DO have a problem with driving on a road that has a lot of washboards on it, don’t drive down this one. More...

I love The Arb! Tucked a bit out of the way but peaceful and serene once you arrive. You may see deer or elk on the 3 mile dirt road through forest land. Take your time, relax, and reconnect with nature. The Arb grounds include an herb garden, willow pond, greenhouse, butterfly house, research facilities, a nature trail, shade garden, pollinator garden, and the forest meadow affords gorgeous views of the peaks. We went at the wrong time of the year, everything was drying off for the winter. Not a bad way to spend a few hours, I imagine in the spring/summer it's much nicer. We still had fun walking around.

Alexis is amazing! She helped put our menu together and what would be best for our guest count. We provided vendor meals for our DJs and photographer and Alexis made sure to include them.
She set us up with a tasting so we could get an idea of what we wanted on our menu.
On the wedding day, Main Street showed up and had no issues setting up quickly. They provided a bartender and several people to help with food.
The food was AMAZING! I got so many compliments on how good the food was.

Great food and service! They were highly recommended by our venue, Sky Ranch Lodge. We got free samples of the meal that we chose before the wedding. Alexis was very good at modifying what fit our wedding and our budget! Great value for our money. We definitely needed a buffet since both our families eat A LOT! And we were able to feed everyone and more with our budget. They even include silverware, plateware, some linens and even our cake cutting silverware! Life savers! Thanks Alexis for adding that in when we were in a pinch! We got several compliments on the food and service. Some said that this was the best wedding food they ever had! They were so kind to save us left overs after the wedding for our late night munchies! LOL. We didn't have time to say thank you in person but I hope that everyone chooses Main Street Catering if you need catering in the Northern Arizona Area! Hired them to Cater my wedding without even scheduling a tasting. The level of professionalism received from Alexis and her team was amazing! They needed very little direction and were on point with my guests. The food was phenomenal! Every guest has been raving about our food since the wedding! Main Street was amazing. They offered great food at a very reasonable price. They sent us a sample menu and it was exactly what we wanted. We did a tasting just to be sure and it was phenomenal. They worked with us on everything, but never pushed us. They were flexible, but honest when they could make something work. The communication was always very clear and helpful. My husband and I both work for a global hotel company in sales and events, and we live across the country. It was somewhat unnerving to place such trust in such an important vendor, especially when you can't just walk in and talk to them. Dave, Alexis and their team proved themselves to be true partners throughout the entire planning process. Alexis was incredibly responsive, had worked with my partner and I to achieve our vision.
