Highly recommended this company for anyone who need deep clean or monthly house maid service.Norma and Luis are very professional and great with the customer service. Norma is amazing and the cleaning staff is very friendly and efficient! I use them every 2 weeks for my 2 bed/2 bath apartment and they do and incredible job! One tiny little side note (knocked off one star), I did use their professional carpet cleaning service and asked if they could remove pet stains, they said yes so I did it and they did not remove any pets stains. The guy tried to say it was because I had already used other products to try and clean it but obviously that is why I wanted to get the shampoo because I couldn't do it myself. I like to use local goods and services in my community when possible. MaidsToGo were local and had received great reviews so I decided to give them a try. Luis scheduled a meet and great and a walk through for the same day. I was immediately impressed with his energy and by his handy skills. “Sometimes you just need an extra hand”. I scheduled a deep cleaning for the next day. Luis and crew arrived and completed the service while I was at work. When I arrived home.... Wow....is an understatement! There was not one surface that had not been touched and cleaned. My wood blinds had not looked this great since they were installed many many years ago. Years of build up from my stove-top had been removed and it was shining like I didn’t know how to boil water. When I walked into the bathrooms, I immediately noticed the shine in both tubs and showers. I was wondering how I was going to clean my baseboards with a bum knee, no need to worry, all baseboards were dust and dirt free. Ceiling fans cleaned, beds made with clean sheets, trashed emptied, and stainless steel sparking. Luis told me my house would be ready for picture after their service. He did not lie. Absolutely amazing service! We were in the process of moving and going through remodeling of our house and needed a deep cleaning service. I called Norma and she was able to schedule me in within three days - and did PHENOMENAL! I am honestly in shock of what an amazing job they did. I’ve gotten so busy lately and my house was in need of a good cleaning. I was overwhelmed just trying to figure out where to start. I decided to check out a cleaning service, called Maid to Go based on reviews, and I am so glad that I did. I called on Thursday, Norma stopped by that afternoon and I scheduled a deep cleaning for Saturday (today).We just returned home and we are in awe. The house is immaculate. They didn’t miss a single thing. It’s very obvious that they took the time and care to exceed our expectations.
