The best past of my job is reading all the customer feedback we receive. With an average of 97% to 99% customer satisfaction it's a pleasure to read the great things people say. Even with the rare customer that's not completely satisfied, we love it when we have the opportunity to prove our professionalism with our re-clean guarantee!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Customer service has been on a decline for years. Having gone to 'the old school" I felt we could offer the community something better. After cleaning thousands of homes I sincerely believe we have given the best customer service possible.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are just the right size. Big enough to handle any extremes within the scope of our services, yet small enough to be able to give every client the specialized service they need. We send small teams of one or two PROs that you will become familiar with. Your security is our top priority. All PROs are background checked, reference checked, bonded, insured and legal employees of MaidPro. That means you don't have to ever worry about liability for accidents in the home or required employer expenses like payroll taxes and workers compensation insurance. With Maidpro you are covered!
