Well, we started off helping a friend out by working for her cleaning company. I worked for a month without pay and my partner started on about a week after. We supported her new business by showing up and getting the job done. When the time came for her to pay us (employees) we all got cut short. However, since we did so well with the cleaning job, by showing leadership skills, working hard and staying motivated about our job. Since we had to experience this. It started a drive inside of us. So we decided to start our own cleaning company and treat people with the respect and decency they deserve. While working together as a team to accomplish the job.
