Maid to Clean

- Empty all garbage and recycling out of the home, be sure to restock garbage bags in cans and bins where they are needed.

- Kitchen: Important to make sure all countertops and any horizontal surfaces are wiped down. What needs to be cleaned is: The sink, backsplash, exterior appliances, inside & outside of the microwave, exterior cabinets, cabinet handles, light switches wiped, stovetop, stove hood, kitchen table/kitchen island, wipe exterior garbage can, move any papers or objects and organize them neatly.

- Bathrooms: What we clean: The sink(s), backsplash, bathroom mirror(s), exterior cabinets and vanities, toilet bowl, the entire exterior surface of the toilet, bathtub, shower, sink faucet, shower head, wipe down garbage can, detailed dusting on all surfaces.

- Bedrooms: Make beds (if not already,) pick up any clothing that is on the floor, make sure it looks tidy. We clean windowsills, interior windows, detailed dusting on all horizontal surfaces, bedside tables, move any items on bedside tables and clean surfaces.

- Flooring: Vacuum all carpet flooring throughout the home, bedrooms, hallways, living areas etc.

- Vacuum all hardwood surfaces/dry mop all surfaces, make sure all dust and anything is off the floor before wet mopping.

- Wet mop all flooring, hardwood, tile, vinyl, etc.

- Walls & Baseboards: Important to make sure that all walls have been spot-checked and any dirty walls need to be wiped down.

-Walls and Baseboards in ALL areas in the home will be spot-checked/wiped.

- Interior Windows and Windowsills: We make sure that all interior windows have been wiped down. In addition, all window sills will be wiped down and dusted.

- Interior and Exterior Fridge and Oven: Important to make sure that both the fridge and the oven are pulled out and inside, exterior, on top, and behind the fridge/oven are cleaned and wiped down. (Fridge will have drawers and freezer drawers emptied and wiped.) In addition, the oven will have racks removed and the entire interior sprayed and wiped down.

-Check Supplies - Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher Soap / Text
and inform client if any supplies are low.

-Begin Laundry - Strip beds, gather all towels and begin laundry. Start washing bedding

- Bathrooms: We make sure bathrooms are clean and no water spots or wiping streaks are anywhere. What we clean is: Sinks, Sink Faucet, Backsplash, Bathroom mirrors, Interior and Exterior Cabinets/Vanities, Interior and Exterior Surface of Toilet, Toilet Bowl, Bathtub, Shower, Shower Head.

-Bedrooms: What we clean is: Bedside Tables, Dressers, Interior and Exterior Drawers, Window sills, Detailed dusting on all horizontal surfaces, bedside tables, move any items on bedside tables and clean surfaces.

- Remove patio furniture covers and wipe them off.

- Wipe down the exterior of all tables and chairs.

-Wipe down knobs and the entire exterior of the BBQ

-Cleaning the Floors: Vacuum all carpet flooring throughout the home, bedrooms, hallways, living areas etc. What needs to be cleaned: Vacuum all hardwood surfaces/dry mop all surfaces, make sure all dust and anything is off the floor before wet mopping. Wet mop all flooring, hardwood, tile, vinyl, etc.

-Final Walk Through: We complete a thorough walk-through on the whole property to make sure nothing was missed and all tasks on your checklist were completed.
