If I could give it zero stars I would. I recently hired this company to do a deep clean on my house, and hoped to continue their services monthly. The maids arrived late, and then stood outside on their phones for 20 minutes. When they came in they got started, but didn't work in an organized manner. They were all over the place, and I felt like I was in the way in my own home. They half cleaned each room - the fans weren't cleaned completely, they left dust from the doors and fans on the beds and floor when they left, etc. They cleaned my shower so hard that the tiles fell off the wall. During the cleaning the scheduler called me and said that it was going to take 45 minutes longer to clean my house and that it would cost an additional $75. I declined and told them they could leave at that point...I was past done. They had been there 2 hours already. I have a 1400 sq ft. house that wasn't that dirty to start with. She later called me back and said they would finish for the original amount. No one ever followed up with me to see how it went, and today I had people show up at my house to clean that I didn't schedule. When I called to tell them I didn't schedule it, and I didn't want to use their services any longer they didn't seem to care. I would steer clear. More...

They Had only a one bedroom apartment to clean. Asked to have them clean all of the appliances. They did not clean the refrigerator and stove! Did not sweep or mop. Extremely disappointed More...
