Maid 777 Cleaning

If this review were only about the cleaning portion of the services, then it would be 5-star.  After my wife had major foot surgery, we hired Maid777 to provide regular cleaning services every other week for two months while she recuperated.  They did a great job, handing kitchen, dining room, cabinets and floor tasks.  Special requests were handled politely and effectively and they go the extra mile to make sure you're happy, especially the first time as they will ultimately ask you to write a review for them online.However, one concern is the communication, which can fall a bit short. Despite a pre-determined agreement on the days needed (and email reminders on the day before), calls still had to be made when they didn't arrive at the expected time...three out of four times.  Estela even had to come out on the last day herself when her scheduled crew didn't show up, claiming confusion on the address and time.On the first appointment, she notified me that she'd be a little late because of traffic--and they did an excellent job. It's the subsequent regular cleanings you need to stay on top of.  Great cleaning service (the house looks and smells very nice every time)...it just needs to be run with a little better follow-up, scheduling and communication. Maid777 did a great job! I had to go out of town and they worked around my schedule.  It was a week later before I was able to see what was completed. My wife and I were looking for a monthly cleaning service and reached out to several companies on yelp for a quote. I just moved out of my house in Clarksburg and my usual cleaning provider was booked for the entire week.  So I researched some cleaning companies and had Maid 777 come out. Estella came out with her crew to provide a quote.  I needed a move out cleaning which is a bit more expensive.  The price provided was reasonable.  Once I was called to come back and check the house I was shocked.  My friends and family consider me a neat freak but I have never seen the house this clean ever!!  It was immaculate. The fridge, the oven, and every inch of the house was cleaned.  The floors were as clean as shiny as when I initially purchased this home. The owner of this cleaning service is such a wonderful woman. For the past two years I have been pay close to $300 on sub-par work from another cleaning company. I would come home to find dirty dishes in my cupboards, I don't think they ever vacuumed my rugs and if they did, they just vacuumed around things. Never did they clean around the windows and they made my bed with dirty sheets. I actually tipped this team $60 everytime they showed up. Then I met the owner of 777 Maids and our lives changed. I have never used a cleaning service before but I  had just recovered from surgery and couldn't do it myself.  I also have two large dogs and I was concerned about someone coming in and being nervous about them.   I found Estela on yelp and called and she came out the same day to give me an estimate.  When she came she clearly liked my dogs and felt comfortable with them.  After the cleaning my house was spotless and smelled so good.  I  plan on having her come once a month now!  I would definitely recommend this service. Estella and her team are wonderful! I called to request a quote and she came out the same day. She recommended I do a deep cleaning of the entire home first, and have it cleaned every 2 weeks or so in order to maintain it; instead of weekly cleaning I had in mind. I agreed and scheduled the deep cleaning appointment. When the day finally came, Estella and her team did such an superb job! my home was spotless and looking brand new. They cleaned all my cabinets, dusted and wiped down all windows, wiped down all sideboards, oven and microwave looking brand new, bathroom spotless, wooden floors shinning, carpet & stairs vacuumed etc. I could go on and on, but just know that Maid 777 is the best! Sometimes You can really tell a persons true character when you first meet them. I was in urgent need to get my house ready for the photographer, talk about last minute right? I'm not the type of person to write reviews, but I have to share with you this cleaning company, maid 777 is spectacular, beyond spectacular. I was referred to this company by a friend, and it has been the best recommendation I have ever accepted. Estela, who has now come to my house more than a few times always exceeds my expectations. I have a tight schedule and a dog, who leaves hair everywhere and yes, I admit, my house used to smell like dog, but ever since Estela started helping me out, I am no longer limiting myself to having people over. Maid 777 works around your schedule and needs. They have provided me with an excellent service, one that I have never encountered with any other cleaning company!! I'm allergic to certain chemicals, and they had no problem switching to other products just for my special request. They are truly wonderful people and I trust them entirely.
